Social Responsibility Policy

The IP Group Declaration of Social Responsibility Policy (annex) of 15 July 2016 sets out the goals and commitments which govern the company’s sustainable action, taking into account the public interest inherent to our activity.

The IP Group is bound to pursue sustainable development, comply with international standards on behavior (NIPSO 26000 and Directive 2014/95/EU) and transparency and actively promote social responsibility by stimulating the civic participation of our workers, a good working environment and balancing professional and personal life.

The Company is committed to respecting, developing and optimizing the full diversity of internal and external stakeholders, with the goal of ensuring a more inclusive organization. The result of actions undertaken by the IP Group are proof of such impacts, arising from the sharing of individual wishes and those of IP Group companies, recognized by the beneficiary entities.

Integrating sustainability principles and issues into IP Group activity with the aim of reducing negative impacts of our work and promoting positive impacts;

Leveraging the creation of shared value for stakeholders;

Creating and/or promoting a network of converging and coherent resources.

 

As part of our work in the area of Social Responsibility, also of note is participation in Gender Equality (IGEN - Forum Organizations for Equality), the signing of the Portuguese Charter for Diversity - Portuguese Association for Diversity and Inclusion, and our membership of the Pact for the Conciliation Program “3 in Line” - Conciliation Management System.
