Interested parties can participate via their respective Municipal Authority or contact Infraestruturas de Portugal by post, at the Department of the Environment and Sustainability – Praça da Portagem, 2809-013 Almada, or by e-mail ambiente@infraestruturasdeportugal.pt, within stipulated consultation times.
