The Activities Plan and Budget (PAO), which is drawn up annually for a three-year time frame, identifies IP’s main lines of action for the period and includes the corresponding operating and investment budgets. When preparing the PAO, the shareholders’ guidelines are taken into consideration as are the company’s strategic goals, and the forecasts set out in the Business Plan.
